The plate arrived broken but the cup is still usable, I’m still giving it five stars because the refund went through. I know the parcel may damage the package to some but this time it was poor packaging as you can see in the photo.
But overall it was an ok transaction, everything was smooth.

Came a whole, which is very happy. A good mug, which can be both the mug itself and the Cup, and the lid as a saucer is very convenient/ᐠ｡｡｡ᐟ ᐟ

Product packed only in a carton. The Cup is practically gone, it is shattered into a million pieces. A huge pity and sadness, because it was supposed to be a gift for a girl

It arrived impeccable, without any damage, despite the fact that the packaging was somewhat light. I guess I got lucky with the Post Company.
It’s a regular-sized bowl, pretty pretty and it’ll serve me as a Christmas present.

Super fast delivery, less than a week to the UK!!! Box was a bit damaged. So, if you are thinking to buy it as a present, consider options of re-packaging. The mug colour is not so vibrant in real life, but I don’t mins, it looks really cute!
