Although I was worried because of some of the other reviews, my cups thankfully came both in one piece. The cups are quite cute, and there seem to be no scratches. The box’s look just like the other reviews, with the cat face and styrofoam, though one box was taped and one was not, and had a sort of different opening. Nonetheless, these cups seem to be good, and came sooner than expected
