Enamel Pot FAQs:
- Multi-Stove Compatibility: Use on gas, induction, and electric stoves (not suitable for microwaves and ovens).
- Stir-Frying Caution: Enamelled products aren’t recommended for high-heat stir-frying due to the risk of burning or dry-firing.
- Open Fire Resilience: Fired at 800°C, the pot resists burning black on open fires. Clean any impurities causing blackening!
- Durability Concerns: While it won’t shatter like ceramic, the enamel surface may chip if dropped. Handle with care!
Note:
- Actual color may differ slightly due to monitor and light effects.
- Allow 1-2cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.
Care of Enameled Porcelain:
Before Use:
- For newly purchased pots or pans, avoid prolonged water immersion. Wash and soak for 1-2 minutes and dry edges to prevent rusting.
- Avoid high temperatures or cold water during the first use to enhance the product’s lifespan.
In Use:
- Add water and liquid before heating. Avoid burning soup dry!
- Use non-metal utensils to prevent damage to the enamel.
- Handle with care, as enamel is fragile and can chip if dropped.
- Under regular use, enamel doesn’t quickly turn black. Clean with a cloth and detergent if it does.
- Suitable for gas, induction, and natural gas cookers. Not for use in microwave ovens.
After Use: Keep dry and clean. Wash handles and the rim area frequently to prevent stubborn stains.
